S.A.L.T. (SPAR Academy Leadership Training) is designed to train and empower men to relationally disciple other men and effectively lead men's small groups. The training will give you the tools to help men find freedom from fear, shame, and unforgiveness. You will learn how to ask questions that will empower men to discover the real issues of the heart that will lead to freedom. Most importantly, you will discover how to lead a man to encounter God through intimate, honest prayer. If you have a desire to grow in your abilities to help men, husbands, and dads grow spiritually, S.A.L.T. is for you.
